Area: Measurement on site.
Price Rate: Will be given after site visit.
VARIATION ORDER / ADDITIONAL WORK
DOORS & FRAME
Price INCLUDES paint for one color.
Only for ordinary door sizes
Price : RM 150
Window Grills
Only for ordinary window size, one color paint.
Price : RM 120
Ceiling * will be determined during site visit. Prices for labour only. Excludes paint price.
The paint price is according to the current price.
Terms & Condition ;
1. Painting rate above is only for internal walls.
2. Painting works do not include doors & frames.
3. Any additional work / Variation order will be charged.
Among the additional works are as follows:
1) Unplug the Wallpaper.
2) Fixed damaged wall due to leakage of bathroom / aircond damaged.
3) Remove the furniture indoors.
4) Clean the mossy wall.
5) Fixed wall surfaces such as fractures and holes. Wall paint is according to the normal height standard (<10 '). Painting service price above are for one colour only.
